1. Scope of Agreement and Operational Identity This Site is operated under the commercial brand name silentcaster. Our corporate operations are based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We specialise in the international distribution of premium floor protection items, specifically tailored for cross-border markets including Europe and the United States of America. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the end user and the brand.

2. Order Fulfilment and Shipping Protocols We maintain rigorous protocols to optimise order tracking and transit transparency: • Order Processing Window: Following the successful verification of an order, the standard allocation, preparation, and dispatch phase requires 1 to 2 working days. • Transit Durations: Shipping to destination addresses within Europe and the United States of America typically requires 3 to 9 working days. • Logistics Service Partners: Delivery is managed via reputable international courier networks, utilising premium services such as DHL Priority, FedEx, and UPS Priority. • Automated Milestone Notifications: Our communication system automatically transmits status updates to the email address provided during the checkout process at three distinct operational milestones:

  1. Upon the initial handover and dispatch from our fulfilment facility.
  2. Upon arrival and formal sorting at the primary carrier hub.
  3. When the shipment enters the final local delivery phase with the courier.

3. Delivery Discrepancies and Inquiries The stated transit intervals represent standard timeframes. Should a shipment exceed the standard delivery duration, the following procedures will be enacted: We will immediately initiate an official investigation with the respective courier service to ascertain the exact location and status of the consignment. Upon receipt of the carrier’s assessment, we will proceed with an equitable resolution based upon the factual findings, providing either a full financial reimbursement of the order value or a prompt replacement dispatch to the customer.

4. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Property In full compliance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and international consumer protection standards, the risk of accidental damage, loss, or destruction of items remains with the merchant during transit. The risk of loss and legal title to the merchandise transfers to the consumer only at the specific moment when the consumer, or a nominated third party acting on behalf of the consumer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the items. Risk does not transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the logistics company.

5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Returns We strictly adhere to consumer protection regulations governing our target markets: • Right of Withdrawal (European Union): Customers residing within the European Union are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal from the contract within a period of 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the merchandise, without necessity of justification. • Defective or Damaged Consignments: If a product arrives with defects or exhibits damage sustained during transit, the buyer is entitled to seek remediation. The customer must notify our support team via email at table@silentcaster.com within the stipulated timeframe, providing photographic documentation of the affected items. • Simplified Resolution: Once the photographic documentation is verified by our support team, we will issue a complete refund or prepare a replacement order. To minimise customer inconvenience, there is no requirement to return the physically damaged or defective items to our facility.

For standard returns under the Right of Withdrawal (non-defective items), items must be returned in their original packaging to our logistics hub. The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact table@silentcaster.com to obtain the correct return authorization and address before shipping

6. Site Usage and Conduct Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to navigate the Site for the purpose of purchasing floor protection mats and leg covers. You agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, commercial exploitation, or action that compromises the structural integrity of the Site’s digital framework. Any unauthorised use immediately terminates the permitted licence.

7. Commercial Terms and Transaction Security All prices listed on the Site are displayed in the specified currency and are applicable at the time of purchase. Payment processing utilises industry-standard encryption protocols to maintain the confidentiality of customer transactional data during checkout. No financial details or payment numbers are retained on our servers. All intellectual property, including text, brand graphics, images, and layout on www.silentcaster.com, remains the exclusive property of silentcaster.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, silentcaster shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase transaction is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and any individual transaction shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This choice of law does not restrict or invalidate the mandatory statutory consumer protection rights available to buyers under the laws of their country of domicile (including Europe and the United States of America), which cannot be modified by contract.
